Our Schedule: We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays (sometimes Wednesdays) to prevent live cultures from getting stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.
Holiday Alerts & Postal Delays: If your order falls around a major holiday or severe weather, we prioritize safety. We may hold shipping until after the holiday to prevent costly transit delays!

Handling Time: I only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure live cultures never sit in a non-climate-controlled postal warehouse over a weekend. Orders placed after Tuesday afternoon will ship the following Monday.
Packaging: Shipped securely in a rigid cardboard box with full bubble wrap protection to ensure the bottle and live culture arrive in perfect condition.

In the rare event of a transit issue or carrier delay causing a culture crash, please take a clear, unopened photo of the pouch next to the shipping label within 2 hours of the official delivery timestamp.
Once verified, I will gladly issue a replacement or a refund for the item. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the guarantee is void if the package is left exposed to outdoor heat/weather past the 2-hour delivery window.
