Shipping Cost: $7.99 flat rate via USPS Ground Advantage.
Combined Shipping: This flat rate covers one complete kit. Add $2.00 for each additional 100 mL culture pouch added to the order.
Handling Time: I only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure live cultures never sit in a non-climate-controlled postal warehouse over a weekend. Orders placed after Tuesday afternoon will ship the following Monday.
Packaging: Shipped securely in a rigid cardboard box with full bubble wrap protection to ensure the bottle and live culture arrive in perfect condition.

I guarantee your culture will arrive alive, active, and green!
In the rare event of a transit issue or carrier delay causing a culture crash, please take a clear, unopened photo of the pouch next to the shipping label within 2 hours of the official delivery timestamp.
Once verified, I will gladly issue a replacement or a refund for the item. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the guarantee is void if the package is left exposed to outdoor heat/weather past the 2-hour delivery window.
