Refund: We offer a refund for the FISH COST ONLY (Export and shipping fees are non-refundable).
Requirement: Dead fish MUST remain in the original sealed plastic bag.
Proof: Send a clear photo/video of the DOA fish in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery.
