🔴 LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (LAG) & POLICY — PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING
We take extreme care in packaging our live stock using professional double-bagging methods and seasonal insulation to ensure they arrive happy and healthy. By purchasing this item, you agree to the following terms:

1. The 2-Hour Photo Rule (Mandatory)
In the rare event that your fish arrive dead, you must send two (2) clear, well-lit photos of the deceased livestock inside the original, unopened shipping bag within 2 hours of the official USPS delivery time stamp.
• Photos of fish out of the bag, in your tank, or in a bucket will void this guarantee.
• Messages sent after the 2-hour window will void this guarantee.

2. Carrier Delays & Weather
• Delays: If USPS experiences a transit delay that causes the shipment to take longer than expected, our guarantee still covers you as long as you provide the unopened bag photos within 2 hours of its arrival.

• Extreme Weather Hold: If your local weather forecast is below 40°F or above 90°F, we reserve the right to hold your shipment until it is safe to ship. We will message you if a weather hold is required.

3. What Voids the Guarantee (Losses Not Covered)
We cannot be held responsible for losses if:
• The package is left outside on a porch, in a mailbox, or in the sun after delivery.
• The delivery address provided to eBay was incorrect, outdated, or incomplete.
• The first delivery attempt fails because no one was home to receive the package.
• The fish die after you open the bag or during your tank acclimation process.

4. Resolutions
If all (LAG) conditions are met perfectly, we will happily issue a one-time replacement (buyer must pay the shipping fee for replacements including shipping label). Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable as those funds are paid directly to the carrier.

•Handling Time: After order has been received in our system’s handling time is 3 to 4 days
-We will reach out to customer for verification of address and/or delivery/pickup date

This helps us do research for weather conditions and Holiday hold prevention as well
