Orange Eye Blue Dream Neocaridina Shrimp (12+1)

USA ONLY | PLEASE READ BELOW

These new and exciting cherry shrimp have the Orange Eye genetic trait, giving a bright contrast to their deep blue exterior that adds crazy levels of color to your tank! You will receive 12 shrimp + 1 for potential DOA/courtesy. Mixed sex/size, though I avoid adults so you get the most time with your shrimp :)

**Shipping cost is not included and will be calculated after purchase. Since we are approaching the colder months I'm currently only offering overnight shipping. Please keep this cost in mind when making your purchase! Shipping is done on Monday and Tuesday mornings to avoid weekend holdups.**

DOA POLICY

• Failure to receive on first delivery attempt will result in a void of the DOA policy. Please make sure you are home and prepared to receive your order.
• In order to file for replacement/refund, please ensure you record the opening of the package with a timestamp included. Recording must be filmed within 1 hour of delivery, claim must be filed within 2 hours of delivery.
• Recording must be clear and well-lit, clearly displaying DOAs in the unopened, original bag. Make sure to include the shipping label so the order can be matched to the video. The video should start before the box is opened. No cuts or trims are allowed, one continuous clip.
• Pour the contents of the bag into a clear container and double check for movement. Please also include this in your video.
• SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Once you've sent your DOA claim and it's verified, you can choose to either have the livestock replaced or refunded per each livestock lost. For refunds, each shrimp is valued at $12 each. If you choose to replace, I will calculate the shipping cost and once received your replacements will be on their way!

This DOA policy does NOT cover deaths related to improper acclimation and/or care. If your video does not adhere to the above guidelines or is found to be edited or fake in any manner your claim will be denied.

And yes, these ARE neocaridina/cherry shrimp. Their care requirements are just the same as your regular old cherry shrimp, these just have orange eyes :)
