Shipping Instructions
• All shipments are mailed on Mondays to insure the least lag time in transit.
• In the case of DOA you’ll need to contact us the day of delivery for us to honor our guarantee. We require a photo be taken that clearly illustrates the the livestock perished in transit.
• After review we’ll either re-ship your order (stock permitting) or offer a refund minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility when sending replacement livestock.
• If weather conditions are not favorable we reserve the right to hold your order till the following week’s shipment.
