For sale are 8 large juvenile Melanotaenia trifasciata from Pappan Creek that are tank bred/raised by me and are at the age of 9 months and about 2” in size. I received juvenile fish from Gary Lange. The photo shows one of my breeder males at about 3.5” in size. This is a rarely offered Regal rainbowfish. I have only limited numbers of them available. You are bidding on 8 juvenile Melanotaenia boesemani from Kali Fitri, a new collection location offered the first time in the USA! I received my breeder fish from Hans Evers from Germany who collected the fish at the Ayamaru plateau from the Vogelkop Peninsula in West Papua in February 2020. For sale are 8 juvenile Melanotaenia trifasciata (Banded Rainbowfish) from Cato River that are tank bred/raised by me and are at the age of 5-6 months and about 1” in size. Look at the length of the first dorsal fin, it extends well into the second dorsal fin, the longest I have seen in a Melanotaenia species! The fish for sale are not sexable at this age and size.
