We guarantee live arrival on everything we sell. DOA or any other issues must be reported up to 24 hours after receiving your order. If your new friend(s) do not arrive well, take a video of the fish STILL in the bag. Email your video and order number to tropicalfinsfarm@gmail.com , and we will be happy to help.
Since our stock varies from week to week, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement for your order. If we cannot find a replacement, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Please note shipping cost is not included in the amount awarded.
