While we offer a variety of aquatic life, we specialize primarily in:

📦 Shipping & Order Policies:

To ensure the absolute safest transit for your new livestock, we strictly adhere to the following shipping schedule and rules:

Shipping Days: We ship exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays. This prevents packages from sitting in a post office facility over the weekend.

Exclusions: We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

Packaging: All livestock is professionally double-bagged and securely packed for safe travel.

🛑 Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy:

In the rare and unfortunate event of a DOA, we protect our buyers with a clear, straightforward policy:

Take a clear photo of the livestock in the unopened bag within 2 hours of the tracked delivery time.

Send the photo to us immediately.

Verified DOAs will be fully refunded for the cost of the livestock, or we will apply that exact value toward a replacement order.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once bags are opened or livestock enters your aquarium, the DOA policy is void.

 We are not responsible for losses due to uncycled tanks or improper animal husbandry.
