Healthy Livestock
All shrimp are home-bred, carefully inspected, and only healthy livestock are shipped.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Live arrival is guaranteed on the first delivery attempt. Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the unopened bag(s) and the shipping label. Claims submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to help prevent weekend delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Weather Delays
For the safety of the livestock, we may delay shipping during periods of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange the next available shipping date.
Order Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. NeoPlatyPlanet is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier delays beyond our control.
