Magnolia Aquatics Company specializes in healthy, quality freshwater fish raised and cared for with the same attention we give our own personal aquariums. We work with a wide variety of freshwater species, including cichlids, catfish, livebearers, plecos, gouramis, and other unique aquarium fish.
Many of the fish we offer are home-bred and home-raised, allowing us to closely monitor their growth, health, feeding, and overall condition before they are offered for sale.
We believe quality livestock starts with proper care. Our fish are maintained in established aquarium systems, fed quality diets, and carefully selected before shipping.

By purchasing from Magnolia Aquatics Company, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following policies. Please review all listing information, shipping terms, and livestock requirements before purchasing.
LIVE ARRIVAL / DOA POLICY
We stand behind the livestock we ship. Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies when all requirements below are followed.
• In the event of a DOA, the buyer must contact Magnolia Aquatics Company within 2 hours of confirmed carrier delivery.
• Two clear photographs of the deceased fish inside the original, unopened shipping bag are required. The bag must remain sealed until photographs have been taken.
• Approved claims will receive a refund for the purchase price of the affected livestock only.
• For group or quantity purchases, refunds are prorated based on the number of confirmed DOAs.
• We do not provide replacement livestock for DOA claims.
• Shipping charges are a non-refundable third-party expense and are not included in livestock refunds.
Failure to provide the required documentation within the stated time period voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.
LIVESTOCK HEALTH
All livestock is observed prior to shipment and only animals considered healthy and suitable for transport are shipped.
Once livestock has been delivered alive, Magnolia Aquatics Company cannot control acclimation procedures, aquarium conditions, water parameters, tankmates, disease exposure, feeding, husbandry, or other conditions in the buyer’s care. For this reason, the Live Arrival Guarantee covers arrival condition only and does not constitute a guarantee of survival after successful delivery.
We strongly recommend researching the care requirements and compatibility of any species before purchasing and properly quarantining all new livestock before introducing it into an established aquarium.
SPECIES LEGALITY
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to determine whether the species being purchased may legally be possessed, imported, received, or maintained in their state, county, municipality, or other jurisdiction.
Magnolia Aquatics Company does not assume responsibility for determining local livestock regulations on behalf of the buyer. By purchasing, the buyer confirms that they are legally permitted to receive and possess the livestock ordered.
PHOTOS, SIZE & SEX
Unless specifically stated otherwise, listing photographs may be representative of the species or stock available and may not depict the exact individual fish received.
Because livestock is naturally variable, coloration, pattern, finnage, body shape, and other characteristics may differ between individuals.
Any listed sizes are approximate. Sex is only guaranteed when a listing specifically states that the livestock is being sold as a confirmed male, female, pair, trio, or other sex-specific offering.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.
Magnolia Aquatics Company reserves the right to delay shipment when necessary for the health and safety of the livestock, including during unsafe weather conditions.
We also reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we determine that livestock cannot be shipped safely or legally.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being prepared to receive and properly care for live animals upon arrival.
Purchasing livestock from Magnolia Aquatics Company constitutes acceptance of these policies as well as any additional terms stated within the individual listing.
