Payment is requested within 48 hours of purchase. Orders will be shipped after payment has been received.
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to help avoid weekend transit delays. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping options:
USPS Ground Advantage (flat rate)
USPS Priority Mail (available upon request at actual USPS cost)
Multiple purchases will be combined whenever possible to reduce shipping costs.
Phase-change (PCM) packs are available for $6 each and are recommended during periods of extreme heat or cold. Buyers are encouraged to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail during severe weather to reduce transit time.
Every effort is made to provide healthy, vigorous plants. Listing photos accurately represent the plant species being offered, although individual plants may vary slightly in size, shape, and color due to natural growth.
Plants are carefully packaged to arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives with a problem, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the unopened package and its contents so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly. Lunarium Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or packages left unattended after delivery.
