We are dedicated guppy home hobbyists who started with a few tanks and now have over 30, with a variety of adults and youngsters available. All our guppies are bred and raised here under our watchful eyes. We take our fishkeeping seriously and are always trying for improvements and the health of our fish, and we will guarantee their health and safety to you. Please contact with any questions and so we can coordinate the best shipping date, shipping charges, accommodations for weather, etc. Shipping is usually on Mondays and Tuesdays (Wednesdays if local area), via USPS Priority 3-Day mail, exceptions are holidays; last minute orders may need to wait until the following week to ship. Guppies are double-bagged with oxygen, and securely padded in an insulated box, with heat or cool pack if needed. Shipping could be delayed if the weather or anything else is a factor for getting them to you timely and safely. Any extra shipping charges that may be overpaid on invoice (dependent on final weight and location) will be refunded if applicable.
SHIPPING CHARGES NOTE: I try to keep shipping charges at a minimum for the customer so there are not any overage charges. This page is currently set up to calculate shipping via USPS Priorityh 3-Day, for each order based on items, location and weight; if you have any questions regarding the shipping charges, please let me know - I'm learning a new system too. :-)
DOA's: Depending on circumstances, we will resend replacement fish, usually for the cost of shipping only if applicable. If there is a DOA, please send 2-3 photos, with details, in original unopened bag as soon as possible after delivery. DOA and Live Animal Guarantee in effect as long as the package arrives in the appropriate shipping window, and fish are brought inside and properly acclimated as quickly as possible after delivery. Please contact us as soon as you can with DOA or other questions or issues. Regular USPS Priority 3-Day mail offers no guarantee for arrival on time, but USPS Priority Express does guarantee their delivery times (Express is quite a bit more expensive, but they offer refunds if it's late). We do not offer any other shipping options at this time, but may in the future.
