Welcome to East Coast Plecos, Guppies, & Shrimp.  I am a home based breeder of high quality fish and Neocaridina shrimp for over 20 years.  

A dedicated home breeder, focused on providing top quality plecos, fancy guppies, and shrimp for hobbyists and enthusiasts alike. All fish and shrimp are bred and raised in my fish room free of disease and parasites. 

PAYMENT:

I accept Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.

SHIPPING POLICY:

1. All packages are shipped either USPS priority mail or UPS overnight or 2nd day. 

2. USPS or UPS shipping fees are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

3. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is in the custody of the USPS or UPS. I have no control of when the package will be delivered, what day, what time ect.

4. I am not responsible for tracking the package. The customer is responsible for tracking the package and being available for delivery or pick up of the package.

5. I am not responsible for a delay in the package. It is up to the customer to contact their local USPS or UPS for details on delivery. 

6. For Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid, the customer must send me an email with pictures and or video of the dead fish, shrimp, ect., still in the bag within 2 hours of delivery.  After confirmation of the dead fish, shrimp, ect. I will either issue a full refund, or send another box out.  If another box is sent out, the customer may or may not pay shipping fees, this depends on the situation and what exactly happened.

7. As stated earlier, I am not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.  

8. Once the fish arrive, you are responsible for properly acclimating the fish to your aquarium.  I am not responsible for anything that may occur to your fish in your aquarium. 

9. Any emails or communication that I feel are harassing or threatening will be sent to the proper authorities and webmaster.

10. By payment of this invoice, you (the customer) agree to all the terms and conditions listed in this paypal invoice.
