DOA/shipping policy- PLEASE READ

I provide reship (you pay shipping, I send you a free fish) if doa happens, or full refund on the fish without the shipping. Within an hour of delivery. I DO NOT refund if usps delays the package or loss and doa occurs because it’s out of us sellers’ hands.

Shipping ONLY on Mondays unless holiday or vacation conflict. If ordered on late Sunday, order will NOT be sent till the Monday after (2nd Monday counting from that Sunday)

This is to ensure that fish are properly readied for shipping, and give me time to box/bag them the best I can. 

-If you decided to change your mind about an order (cancel or want refund for special order), you’ll be responsible for 20% of restocking fee of the whole order.  

-any deposits are NON-refundable. 

*DOUBLE CHECK your address after I send you tracking numbers. (It should include shipping address), it is not put in electronically, so if I made a mistake, and you let me know before I ship them out, I can change it. Any changes or mistakes in address either I hand input in or you give me are wrong, I am NOT responsible for missing/unable to deliver packages. Refunds will not be issued. 

*Any fish over 3 inches will be required overnight shipping to have live arrival guarantee. I can still ship priority but the risk is on the buyer. Will not refund if doa. 

In summer, if temperature is over 90° and cold water fish shipped, no ice pack was requested, doa void, as well as under 60°, if tropical water fish bought, no heat pack was requested, doa also void. 

Fish that will void doa if used priority regardless of temperature:

-corydoras

-crayfish

-loaches

-plecos

-tetras

-goldfish

-puffers

-ghost shrimps

-killifish

-fancy guppies

-gobies/darters

-cichlids 

•For temperature over 90° or under 60° overall, it is adviced that overnight is used. Extreme temperature change result in doa void of refund or replacement. 

+ I care about the animals I send out, so I will always ask if you’d like an ice/heat pack. If your answer is no for them in extreme temperatures, doas are in your risk. 

If pictures/videos of dead animals are not provided within an hour of delivery time, any refund policies will be void. Need dead animals INSIDE unopened bag. 

Plants needs to be completely melted to be eligible for a refund/reship. Leaf loss and broke stems are NORMAL during shipping especially if they’re delicate plants. These plants usually bounce back within 1-2 weeks. 

If a decision isn’t made in 24 hours of refund or reship, doa policy will be void. 

•bettas during shipping, self fin nipping is normal showing signs of stress. Me as a seller cannot prevent that

•plant damage happens during shipping, unless plant is fully dead (melt), no doa refund will be issued.
