This is a listing for a single Male Triple Red Cacatuoides Apistogramma! He’ll be about 1-1.5 inches in length and newly of breeding size and age. Easily my favorite apisto, Cacatuoides are classics and the males are one of the most colorful stunning fish I’ve ever dealt with. My pair threw almost entirely all males from this last batch so I have lots to spare and am hoping to send them to some good homes to either find their mates or live as a beautiful centerpiece fish! First pic is of the father of these guys and second and third are of the adolescents I'm selling!
These little guys are a hardy species and don’t really require anything special. They’ve been born and raised in my tap water which is a ph of 7.6, a temp of 78, and a TDS ~250. They’ll eat anything: flakes, pellets, frozen brines, freeze-dried foods and baby brines, and have been raised on all of the above!
