I will replace all DOA's with buyer paying for re-shipment. I will add (if available a couple of extra fish to offset some of the shipping cost). If replacements are not available, I will credit you for the fishes not received. Guarantee does NOT cover delays on the part of the carrier. Proof of DOA - I will need pictures within an hour of delivery of the DOA fish(es) both in and out of the bag.
