Important Care Information
Fahaka Puffers are highly territorial predatory fish and should generally be maintained individually in a species-appropriate aquarium. They are not community fish. Adult Fahakas become very large and require substantial aquarium space, strong filtration, and an appropriate diet.
Puffers should receive a varied diet that includes hard-shelled foods to help naturally wear their continuously growing teeth.
