    After reviewing the photos, I will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

Conditions of Coverage

• • • The package must be brought indoors promptly after delivery.
    • Someone should be available to receive the package.
    • Claims submitted more than 2 hours after delivery are not covered.
    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of my control.

    • Minor stress after shipping is normal; cultures may require 24–72 hours to settle and resume full activity.
