Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:
• If your fish arrives DOA, provide a clear video of the unopened bag(s) within 2 hours of delivery.
• DOA fish will be fully refunded or replaced, no questions asked.( UPS overnight Only) 2 day shipping will not be guaranteed
• Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you request a replacement, shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, missed deliveries, or carrier-caused damage.
