I offer a live guarantee up to an hour after delivery. You must send a picture of the DOA in the original bag to receive refund or replacement within an hour of delivery. I only ship Mondays & Tuesdays. DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF SALES, ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING WEEK. Shipping cost is not refundable.
