Shipping Instructions

Shipping is via FedEx/UPS 2 Day for FREE and we offer a live delivery guarantee to ensure the safety and health of your new fish upon arrival. Proper acclimation procedures are recommended to provide the best transition for the fish to their new environment.

We will ship our fish on Mondays or Tuesdays only, continental America only.
We do combine shipping. Please let us know all fish you are interested and we will quote you the combined shipping cost.

Live Delivery Guarantee Policy:
In the rare event of a DOA (dead on arrival), please take several clear digital photos of the fish in their unopened bag and email them to me within 3 hours of the first delivery attempt. This will allow me to verify the issue and address it promptly.

ACCLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS:
To ensure the health and well-being of your fish, please follow these acclimation steps carefully:

Prepare a quarantine tank: Set up a dedicated quarantine tank to receive the new fish.
Float the bag: Upon receiving your fish, do not open the bag immediately. Instead, float it in the quarantine tank for at least 30 minutes to equalize the temperature.
Transfer the fish: After 30 minutes, carefully open the bag, use a net to transfer the fish into the quarantine tank, and discard the bag water.
Feeding schedule: Begin feeding your fish the following morning.
