The Live Arrival Guaranteed on overnight shipments (fish must be accepted on the first delivery attempt) and with the immediate (2 hours after delivery) a dig/pic emailed of the DOA fish. This guarantee provides the replacement of the DOA fish or refund on the cost of fish (seller’s choice). LAGuarantee does not include the costs of shipping fees.
