Overnight shipping is best. It ensures healthier fish with less travel stress, which gives them a higher survival rate. 2 day shipping is about a 95% survival rate, making overnight shipping best.
Depending on the destination, temperature at your location, and type of fish, Heat Packs or Cold Packs are included when shipping your order. When you checkout, please include information that gives us the temperature in your area. This information will be used to choose the best packaging for your order.
To avoid delays or extended weekend holds, we ship at the beginning of the week, but timing may depend on your location.
