Shipping is via FedEx 2-Day service, cost is $29, and we offer a live delivery guarantee to ensure the safety and health of your new fish upon arrival. Proper acclimation procedures are recommended to provide the best transition for the fish to their new environment.
Fish will be shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays only, and we do combine shipping. Please email for shipping quote for multiple listings.
We will not ship our fish to AK, HI, PR, or Guam unless the buyer is willing to pay FedEx overnight shipping.
Live Delivery Guarantee Policy:

In the rare event of a DOA (dead on arrival), please take several clear digital photos of the fish in their unopened bag and email them to me within 3 hours of the first delivery attempt. This will allow me to verify the issue and address it promptly.

ACCLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS:
To ensure the health and well-being of your fish, please follow these acclimation steps carefully:

Prepare a quarantine tank: Set up a dedicated quarantine tank to receive the new fish.
Float the bag: Upon receiving your fish, do not open the bag immediately. Instead, float it in the quarantine tank for at least 30 minutes to equalize the temperature.
Transfer the fish: After 30 minutes, carefully open the bag, use a net to transfer the fish into the quarantine tank, and discard the bag water.
Feeding schedule: Begin feeding your fish the following morning.
