The difference between a large culture and a small culture is the time it would take for you to use the culture.
The amount you will receive is around 0.5 oz. (yes, I know that is tiny, but that’s all you need).
So if you have some time, you can make many cultures using this one starter culture; however, if you were in need of a culture yesterday, I do not recommend purchasing this listing. Look for my “Ready-to-Feed” listings, which you can feed to your fry as soon as you get them.

Microworms (Panagrellus redivivus)
Size: Largest (approx. 2-3mm)
Buoyancy: Sinks fastest
Reproduction: prolific
Best for: baby guppies
Walter Worms (Panagrellus silusioides)
Medium (approx. half the size of Microworms)
Buoyancy: Floats longer than microworms; stays alive for +24 hrs in water
Reproduction: fast
Best for: baby bettas, tetras, danios
Banana Worms (Panagrellus nepenthicol)
Smallest (slightly smaller than Walter worms)
Buoyancy: Floats longest; stays alive for +24 hrs in water
Reproduction: fastest
Best for: baby bettas, tetras, danios, baby axolotls, newts, aquarium shrimps
