Local pick-ups are encouraged at prearranged times.
One day shipping the best option to reduce stress of travel. Two-day shipping is generally successful but is not encouraged due to prolonged stress.
UPS and FedEx are preferred carriers.
Please note that fish size and quantity play a factor in box size and weight directly effects shipping cost.
Heat pack available for $5 per box.

Order Preparation Process:
Once our is placed it will be caught to start preparations for shipping.
Once shipping preparation are complete (48 hrs.) your order will be bagged and shipped.
Orders are shipped on Mondays unless alternate arrangements have been made through Copper Top Cichlids in advance. (Coppertopcichlids@gmail.com)
Seller reserves the right to hold shipment due to extreme weather conditions to help ensure safe arrival.
Payment must be received 48 hours prior to shipping date.

DOA Policy:
** Your order is GUARENTEED to arrive alive if shipped 1-day option**
Buyer may request 2-day shipment, but DOA guarantee is voided.
Guarantee covers the cost of your order less shipping costs.
In the unlike event the order is DOA you must follow these steps for refund
- Take 2 pictures of the fish in the original unopened bag within 2 hours of first attempt delivery and email to Coppertopcichlids@gmail.com.
- Pictures taken outside two hours of first attempt delivery cannot be accepted
Buyer takes on risk once bag has been opened.
Acclimation instructions will be supplied with each order for best results.
