About This Plant: Salvinia oblongifolia is a stunning, hard-to-find giant species. It grows in highly organized, opposing pairs of large, rectangular leaves that look like green corduroy or fine velvet.

Fish & Shrimp Sanctuary: Fish and shrimp love hanging out in its dense, feathery root systems.

Instant Centerpiece: Its massive scale (leaves can get up to 2 inches long!) creates an incredible prehistoric aesthetic on your water's surface.
