Live Arrival Guarantee — Limited DOA Policy
Every Grindal Worm culture is packed carefully and shipped with attention to temperature and transit conditions to help ensure it arrives healthy and active.
If your culture appears dead on arrival, please contact me within 2 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photos of:
- The unopened culture cup
- The shipping box and shipping label
- The culture after opening
After reviewing the photos, I will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
Conditions of Coverage
- The package must be brought indoors promptly after delivery.
- Someone should be available to receive the package.
- Claims submitted more than 2 hours after delivery are not covered.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of my control.
- Extreme temperatures may affect live cultures.
- Minor stress after shipping is normal; cultures may require 24–72 hours to settle and resume full activity.
Important Notes
Grindal Worms are live organisms. Reduced activity immediately after shipping does not necessarily mean the culture is dead.
This guarantee applies only to cultures that are clearly nonviable upon arrival and are documented according to the requirements above.
Live Arrival & Shipping Schedule
To help ensure your culture arrives in excellent condition, live Grindal Worm cultures are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday only.
Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following Monday to avoid weekend transit delays.
