Eating well on a variety of frozen foods, pest snails, and shrimp. They're a little over 3" at the moment and cohabitating peacefully with each other. Generally, it is recommended to keep them in species-only tanks, but some individuals will tolerate other tankmates.
Although an ambush predator, these two spend a lot of time swimming around and investigating their surroundings until they shimmy back into the sand again with just their eyes and mouth poking out. A very neat puffer species that we don't see very often.
