If by any other happening the fish arrive dead please send two clear photos of the dead fish in the original unopened packaging within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt USPS will send me the time when they have delivered the fish ! I will replace the dead fish if replacement Fish are available. If replacement fish are not available, you have the option of substituting with other fish that I have available, there are no money refunds !
