My water conditions are: PH 7.4 TDS 88 TEMPS range from 68-78F depending on the species.
DOA Policy: Package must be delivered on first delivery attempt. A clear photo or video of the unopened bag next to my shipping label within 2 hours of delivery confirmation must be sent to me to be eligible for any refunds. *Shipping cost is NON refundable only the cost of the fish will be refunded if there are any problems. *If the temperature in your area is above 80F or below 40F, you will only have 1 hour to provide photo and claim live arrival guarantee.
