Shipping = 30$ for 2 day UPS
Shipping: GUARANTEED live arrival on UPS 1 or 2 day shipments as long as they are delivered within the time frame specified by the shipping carrier. Must be present to receive package. Packages “left on doorstep” have 2 hours time to email or text me if there are any problems.
DOA Policy: Package must be delivered on first delivery attempt. I pack very well with extra insulation. DOA is very uncommon.
A clear photo or video of the unopened bag next to my shipping label within 2 hours of delivery confirmation must be sent to me to be eligible for any refunds.
*Shipping cost is NON refundable only the cost of the fish will be refunded if there are any problems.
*If the temperature in your area is above 80F or below 40F, you will only have 1 hour to provide photo and claim live arrival guarantee.
