We ship on Monday or Tuesday of each week, weather permitting, payment accepted through PayPal. We ship in an insulated box with heat pack, as needed.
We will only ship these UPS Next Day Air. Because of the size of these fish, shipping will require a larger than normal box, so we cannot quote a shipping fee upfront. Please message with your zip code, prior to purchasing and I will let you know what shipping will cost.

In case of DOA, send pictures of unopened bags and a picture of all DOA fish in an open container within 1 hour of delivery. Shipping is nonrefundable. Please message me with questions.
