DOA Policy:
In case of DOA, send email of 2 clear pictures of the unopened bag within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. Only the cost of the fish is refundable.

Fish will be fasted at least 24 hours prior to shipping to reduce waste. I will coordinate a shipping day with you.
