???? DOA / Quality Assurance Policy for Infusoria Blend
Infusoria is a stable, resilient microfauna culture that does not experience traditional DOA issues like live fish. Because of this, Gilled Gems does not offer DOA replacement or refunds for Infusoria cultures.
When Replacement Is Eligible
Replacement is only offered if the culture arrives:
-Frozen solid
-Physically ruptured (jar shattered, seal broken, contents spilled)
These are the only conditions that can compromise a scientific-grade microfauna culture in a well insulated and packaged professionally product.
If the carrier is to blame, we can either have you pay shipping to get it there faster or wait until the carrier approves the damaged parcel to replace and ship it at that time. If you pay to get it shipped faster, Gilled Gems will refund your shipping when funds are approved and can be appropriated.
