Description

Nocturnal ambush predator that can reach 12" and does well with larger fish, but don't pair with very aggressive species who may pick on sedentary tank-mates. Smaller fish and inverts will be eaten if the toadfish can catch them. These specimens are eating well on spot-fed frozen silversides and small live fish/shrimp.

Tropical temps and neutral water parameters will keep them happy as long as nitrates stay low.

These are kept in slightly brackish currently (1.005) and do well up to 1.012.
