It is suggested that they were developed by Raiko and Ilia Slavkov in Bulgaria for over 10 years, this strain was supposedly created by selectively breeding a Dark Gold Marble and Hybrid Dark lineages to isolate a unique, recessive gene. This strain is known for its unique coloring, which includes a platinum/light-greenish body, dark greenish-black dorsal/anal fins and some have a pinkish tint to the body!
I got my original fish in from Thailand and crossed them out with fish from local breeders.
