Shipping
Contact for an exact shipping quote! Shipping is done UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. We only ship fish on Mondays and Tuesdays. Fish will be fasted 24-48 hours before shipment to maintain the best possible water quality during shipment. We will only ship domestic, to the lower 48 united states, no P.O. boxes. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before purchasing. Please allow a few hours for tracking info to update after you have received it. Contact for an exact shipping quote!
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on our fish. In the rare event your fish arrive dead, please take 2 clear photos of your fish in the unopened bag with the top of the bag upside down within 2 hours of delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be present and ready for the arrival of the package, on the first delivery attempt. You are responsible for accepting the fish on the first delivery attempt. The Live Arrival Guarantee is void after the initial 2 hours of delivery or if the first delivery attempt is missed. This policy only applies to the cost of the DOA fish and does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs for replacement fish are the responsibility of the buyer.
