I have found that this particular plant loves soft water and flow.
The plants will be pulled from one of my tanks and they have been grown submersed (underwater) which will make for the best success rate of having them flourish in your tank.
*side note most commercially available plants are all grown emersed (above water with roots in water or damp soil). They grow faster and cheaper this way. When buying emersed plants they have to go through a transition and adapt to being submersed.
