As the seller, I am not responsible for any delay on the part of the carrier ,if the fish are delivered late and are dead there is no guaranty on the fish !!!! And in which case the buyer may file a complain directly with USPS for loses . If by any other happening the fish arrive dead please send two clear photos of the dead fish in the original unopened packaging within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt USPS will send me the time when they have delivered the fish ! I will replace the dead fish if replacement Fish are available. If replacement fish are not available, you have the option of substituting with other fish that I have available, there are no money refunds ! If replacement fish or substitute fish is shipped, you will have to cover the cost of the shipping and last I recommend to place your new fish in to a seperate tank and heir are the reason. When fish are shipped they become stressed, stressed fish are more prone to becoming ill. It is highly recommended to place any new fish from any source into a quarantine tank that houses only these new fish for several weeks to allow for the fish to acclimate to their new home and water-qualities .Fishpal Klaus .
