If temperatures in your area are extreme (below 30F or above 95F), I may hold your order until it is safe to ship — the snails' safety comes first.
Each 10-pack is packed with care in an insulated box with heat pack when needed.
LIVE ARRIVAL: Live arrival guaranteed. I include extra snails in every bag just in case. Snails sometimes arrive inactive from the trip — acclimate them to your tank right away. If any are DOA, contact me within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos of the snails in the sealed bag and I will make it right with a replacement or refund at my discretion. Guarantee is void if the package is refused or the first delivery attempt is missed. No returns on live animals.
