Apistogramma panduro, Wild Peru Dwarf Cichlid

In 1997, two Peruvian fish exporters showed science a new Apisto: sky-blue males, sun-yellow females, and marks that look like a kid painted them. From one blackwater stream system near Jenaro Herrera, Peru.

Much like a dog, this fish is excited to see you.

Care: Dwarf cichlid, cave spawner. Soft, acidic water, pH 5.5 to 7, TDS 50 to 150, 70 to 78°F. Adult size about 3 inches. A 15 to 20 gallon tank with caves. Eats flake, baby brine shrimp, and frozen bloodworms.

The guarantee covers the value of the fish only, not shipping. A replacement ships once the buyer pays shipping again.
UPS 2-Day Air: lower shipping cost, but NO Live Arrival Guarantee. 2-Day available in mild weather only, at buyer's risk. Fish spend an extra day in transit with no coverage for losses.

Weather hold: For the safety of live fish, we delay shipping during extreme heat or cold at the origin, along the transit route, or at your destination. If your ship date shifts for weather, we'll message you with the new date. Fish always ship Monday through Wednesday so they never sit in a facility over the weekend.

We ship within the continental US only. Due to strict live-animal import rules, we cannot ship internationally or to Hawaii.
