Aphyosemion fulgens LEC 93/7, Blue Spark Killi
Most people who own this fish got it as eggs from another hobbyist. It almost never reaches a store. The strain traces to the Ivindo rainforest of Gabon, collection code LEC 93/7.
A small, shy jewel: electric blue spots on a red body, with orange and white edged fins. Keep it cool and it rewards you with color nothing else in the room can match.
Care: Not an annual killifish. pH 6.5 to 7, TDS 50 to 100, 64 to 72°F. Adult size about 1.5 inches. A 5 gallon tank is plenty. Eats everything: flake, brine shrimp, and frozen foods.
