Add an extraordinary, high-end showpiece to your South American display with the rare Albino Heckelii Cichlid (Albino Threadfin Acara).
Known for their pearlescent white bodies, vivid ruby-pink eyes, and iridescent pastel hues, these fish become true centerpieces as they mature. In adulthood, they develop dramatic, thread-like filament extensions on their dorsal fins, creating an elegant silhouette rarely seen in standard freshwater tanks.
Like wild-type Acarichthys heckelii, they are gentle sifters that enjoy soft sandy substrates, cruising the midwater and bottom levels without destroying decor or uprooting well-anchored plants. They are exceptionally peaceful for a cichlid and pair beautifully with peaceful schooling fish, angelfish, geophagus types, plecos, and corydoras.
All our fish are tank-conditioned, healthy, fully quarantined, and eating enthusiastically before shipping.
