1x Adult Male: Approx. 3" to 3.25" (with developing/developed bristles)
1x Adult Female: Approx. 2.5"
Shipping Cost: $18.00 via USPS Priority Flat Rate (Medium Box), paid by the buyer. I can't combine shipping at this time.
Shipping Days: We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only to prevent live fish from getting stuck in a transit warehouse over the weekend.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PDT) on Tuesday will ship the following week.
Coverage: 48 contiguous US states only. Absolutely no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Restrictions: Physical residential or business addresses only. No PO Boxes and No "Hold at Post Office" requests allowed.
Delivery: Tracking will be uploaded immediately upon shipment. Please ensure someone is home to receive the package immediately upon arrival.
Color & Appetite: Shipping is stressful for live animals. Your plecos may arrive looking pale/dull or may skip meals for the first few days. They will regain their vibrant color and appetite quickly once acclimated to a calm, clean tank.
Minor Transit Stress: We are not responsible for minor, temporary cosmetic transit wear, such as slightly split fins, which heal quickly with clean water.
In the rare event of a loss, we offer a full refund for the cost of the fish (shipping fees are non-refundable). To qualify, you must strictly follow these rules:
Time Limit: Contact us via messages within one (1) hour of the official delivery timestamp.
Photo Proof: You must provide two (2) clear photos:
Photo 1: The fish inside the unopened, original sealed shipping bag.
Photo 2: The fish placed on a paper towel or napkin.
⚠️ Failure to message within the 1-hour window or provide both required photos will void the DOA policy and result in a denial of the claim.
