* Fish are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to help avoid weekend delays.
* Overnight or expedited shipping is required for all live fish.
* The buyer is responsible for providing a safe delivery address where someone can receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
* Shipping costs are calculated after purchase based on destination, box size, and current carrier rates.
* Heat packs or cold packs are included when weather conditions require.
* It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership, importation, and possession of the species being purchased. Magnolia Aquatics Company does not determine or guarantee the legality of any species in the buyer’s location.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Fish are guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped via overnight service. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the buyer must notify Magnolia Aquatics Company within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time and provide clear photos of the unopened shipping bag(s) showing the affected fish.

Refunds are limited to the value of the affected livestock only. Shipping charges are a non-refundable third-party service expense and are not eligible for reimbursement.
