am not responsible for any delay on the part of the carrier ,if the
fish are delivered late and are dead there is no guaranty on the fish
!!!!. If by any other happening the fish arrive dead please send two
clear photos of the dead fish in the original unopened packaging within 2
hours of the first delivery attempt USPS will send me the time when
they have delivered the fish ! I will replace the dead fish if
replacement Fish are available. If replacement fish are not available,
you have the option of substituting with other fish that I have
available, there are no money refunds ! If replacement fish or
substitute fish is shipped, you will have to cover the cost of the
