In the rare event of a DOA, you must send clear, unopened photos of the fish in their original shipping bags within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt.Once the bags are opened, the DOA policy is void.If a valid DOA is reported, we will refund the cost of the lost fish (minus shipping costs) or send replacements.
