DOA Policy: please make sure someone is available to receive the Fish when delivered .if the fish arrive dead please take 3 clear pictures of the fish in the unopened original bags it was shipped in. This must be done within the first hour of the first delivery attempt any and all claims they failed to follow the sample request will result in the claims being denied the customer is responsible for shipping cost of replacement fish.
